• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll operations, accurately capturing all employee lifecycle movements including new hires, departures, and internal transitions
• Manage out-of-cycle manual payments, including urgent tax settlements and final termination payouts
• Perform comprehensive monthly reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts and general ledger activities
• Develop and maintain rigorous procedural documentation, conducting periodic reviews to ensure alignment with both internal standards and evolving regulatory mandates
• Contribute to cross-border initiatives by sharing best practices and harmonizing payroll frameworks across regional international teams

skills and experience required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll
• Good knowledge of Payroll or other payroll systems such as SAP, Workday or Easypay
• Good communication skills
• Proficient at MS Word, MS Excel
