Kerja Sepenuh Masa Safety Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,600 di NL Metals (Senai) Johor - Maukerja

Job Resposibilities:

• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and maintain safety records, reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and evacuation procedures.
• Communicate safety requirements to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Assist with risk assessments, JSA/JHA, and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate with management, supervisors, contractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Track safety performance, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work at Senai.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
