Job Purpose:

The Online Academy Leader is responsible for leading, planning, and developing Samurai Academy's online learning platform and online commercial courses. This position ensures that online courses, short modules, live training, and promotional live sessions are properly planned, executed, priced, and improved to support Samurai Service business growth.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage the overall operation of Samurai Service Online Academy.
• Plan, develop, and organize online course modules based on Samurai Service needs, customer demand, product knowledge, and service skills.
• Create and arrange short learning modules for online courses, including course flow, topic outline, script direction, and training structure.
• Set and propose pricing for online courses, training packages, and online academy programs.
• Plan and monitor live training sessions for online students.
• Guide and supervise the Online Academy Live Host to ensure live sessions are clear, professional, and aligned with Samurai Academy objectives.
• Work together with instructors to ensure all online training content follows the correct service SOP, product information, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with the Content Creator for video shooting, editing, posters, ads. campaign materials, and online course promotions.
• Support promotional live sessions to introduce Samurai Service, online courses, and related products.
• Monitor online course performance, including registration, attendance, sales, customer feedback, and engagement.
• Collect feedback from online course participants and use it to improve course content, training methods, and customer learning experience.
• Identify new online course opportunities based on customer needs, product updates, service demand, and market trends.
• Prepare online academy schedules, course launch timelines, and live training calendars.
• Ensure all online course materials are properly organized, updated, and ready before launch.
• Prepare reports on online academy activities, course sales, live training results, and improvement plans.
• Maintain the quality, consistency, and professionalism of Samurai Academy online learning content.
• Support the department's business goals related to Commercial Course Online, Demands, Transaction, Data, and Title.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in online training, academy management, education, content planning, digital learning, or business development.
• Able to lead online course planning and coordinate with instructors, live hosts, and content creator.
• Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Able to plan course pricing, promotions, and sales strategy.
• Basic understanding of online learning platforms, live streaming, social media, and digital content.
• Able to analyze customer feedback and course performance.
• Organized, creative, and able to manage timelines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
