Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize our corporate website, landing pages, and regional digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong WordPress and front-end development skills, with experience in responsive, high-performing, conversion-focused websites and third-party integrations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain corporate websites, landing pages, and regional websites.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into pixel-accurate, responsive live pages.
  • Build and customize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and page builders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, CRM, and operations teams.
  • Integrate CRMs, APIs, forms, registration systems, client portals, and third-party tools.
  • Implement website tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, data layers, and conversion tracking.
  • Support technical SEO, website performance, UX, and conversion optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, broken pages, and integrations.
  • Manage staging, testing, deployment, backups, security, and website maintenance.
  • Support multilingual, regional, marketing, and compliance-related website requirements.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, WordPress Developer, or Front-End Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of PHP and WordPress development preferred.
  • Experience converting UI designs and mockups into responsive websites.
  • Experience with corporate websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused experiences.
  • Familiarity with APIs, CRM integrations, Git, staging, deployment, and website testing.
  • Understanding of technical SEO, UX, website performance, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.


Preferred Experience
  • Experience in CFD and fintech industry.
  • Experience with CRM/trading platform integrations.
  • Experience managing multilingual or multi-region websites.
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation.
  • Experience with Elementor or similar WordPress page builders.
