Job Purpose

To support the planning, coordination, and execution of new outlet openings and operational projects, ensuring all setups are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end process for new outlet openings (pre-opening to launch)
• Work closely with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Marketing to ensure outlet readiness
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as scheduled
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for renovation, equipment, and setup
• Track progress of outlet development including renovation, licensing, and utilities setup
• Ensure all operational requirements (manpower, equipment, stock, SOPs) are in place before opening
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with company standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
• Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate to management promptly
• Support post-opening review and ensure smooth handover to operations team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or outlet setup (F&B/retail is an advantage)
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (able to deal with multiple stakeholders)
• Willing to travel and visit outlets when required
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in outlet opening / expansion projects
• Familiar with licensing and compliance processes
• Basic knowledge of renovation and fit-out processes

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
