ACCOUNTING MANAGER | SINGAPORE

Lighthouse Executives is exclusively representing a listed environmental and industrial US MNC organization in the appointment of an Accounting Manager based in Singapore.

This is a senior accounting leadership role overseeing accounting, financial reporting, governance, controls and compliance across Singapore and assigned international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close

• Oversee US GAAP and statutory reporting

• Drive internal controls and SOX compliance

• Assists in overseeing project accounting, including percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, estimates at completion and more

• Lead audits, accounting governance and process improvement

• Support ERP implementation and finance transformation

• Lead and develop the accounting team

• Support M&A and integration activities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required

• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience

• 3 years of people management experience

• Strong experience in Project accounting and Percentage-of-completion revenue recognition(POC)

• Experience working in a U.S.-listed company environment is preferred, including knowledge of US GAAP, balance-sheet reconciliation governance, SOX, and internal control over financial reporting.

• Hands-on experience implementing finance systems or ERP solutions is required, including data migration, testing, controls validation, and business-user adoption.

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions is a plus

• Big Four audit background experience preferred

• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred
