Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm (Alternate Saturdays upon confirmation)
Salary: $2,800 - $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus 
Location: Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Orchard

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, greet patients and handle phone calls professionally.
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties, including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and managing billing.
• Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
• Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
• Provide assistance to doctors during consultations, ensuring patients’ needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 3 - 5 years Clinic experience
