Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer requests and enquiries on Aveda haircare products
- Recommend suitable haircare products based on customers' individual hair concerns, needs, and preferences through product knowledge sharing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty
- Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the work area
- Assist in retail operations, including stock take and inventory management
- Participate in new product launches, promotional activities, and related brand events
- Relevant retail experience in haircare, beauty, or cosmetics
- Passionate about haircare and beauty, with a strong interest in providing personalised product recommendations
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation
- Willingness to commit to retail operational hours
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance
