Salary Range: $2500-$5500

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, managing all stages from pre-event preparation to post-event wrap-up.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive event timelines, production schedules, and operational plans.
  • Coordinate event setup, rehearsals, and dismantling processes.
  • Collaborate closely with production and technical teams on aspects such as Audio Visual (AV), lighting, sound systems, LED walls, staging, and power distribution.
  • Conduct site recce and technical briefings prior to events to ensure readiness.
  • Monitor event progress and proactively troubleshoot operational or technical issues on-site.
  • Ensure all production requirements are delivered in accordance with project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, inventories, and project reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate event management or event production.
  • Strong knowledge of event production and technical operations.
  • Good understanding of AV systems, lighting, sound, staging, and event setup.
  • Ability to read production schedules and coordinate technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
