Job Description:-

• To improve, modify and simplify assembly processes for new and existing models.
• To carry out the process improvement activity.
• To involve in new model trial run activity for process related matters, e.g. assembly process, line layout, cycle time and line balancing.
• To prepare Standard Operating Procedure, Process Change Instruction, Flow charts, and other documents related to process engineering.
• To follow up and arrange for internal and external equipment calibration.
• To involved in PCB development & machine capability
• any ad-hoc tasks request by superior.

Minimum Requirement(s):-

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.
• At least 2 years experience in related field.
• Familiar with common manufacturing processes; SMT (Printer,Chip Mounter, Reflow Oven & AOI), Manual Assembly,wave soldering, functional testing, etc.
• Innovative, self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.
• Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point ,able to review & edit gerber file.
• Ability to identify, break down , troubleshooting and solve technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Support all other activities as assigned by Group Production Engineering Manager or Senior Process Engineer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
