House of Leila is a vibrant dining and lifestyle destination that brings together great food, experiences and people in a welcoming environment.

We are looking for a Part-Time TM to join our team and help us connect with customers, build relationships and drive bookings and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by House of Leila
• Introduce customers to House of Leila's dining, events and experiences
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable offerings
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up with leads and enquiries to drive bookings and conversions
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets
• Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and sales activities
• Work independently while keeping the team updated on progress
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Positive, proactive and sales-driven attitude
• Able to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Sales, telemarketing, hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• No prior experience required — training and coaching will be provided
