Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
Tanggungjawab
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Check and verify materials delivered to site, ensuring quality and quantity are in order.
- Maintain proper site records, reports, and progress documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements at site.
- Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager.
- Assist in planning work schedules and workforce allocation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
