Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 2,500 per month

Job Scope:

• Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery orders, making sure product details, quantities and prices are correct
• Key in and track customer orders from confirmation to delivery
• Be the friendly point of contact for customers asking about order status and documents
• Coordinate with our sales, warehouse and logistics teams so orders go out on time
• Help with customer vendor registrations (compiling documents such as SSM, SST certificate and company profile, then following up on approval)
• Support the sales team with scheduling — meetings, site visits, or delivery arrangements
• Help sort out order changes or last-minute requests when they come up
• Keep sales records and filing tidy, and prepare simple order status reports
• Monitor customers' order frequency, act or trigger the sales team to follow up when orders are slow or have stopped

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Admin, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience
• Comfortable using Excel and basic office/computer systems
• Good written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a few tasks at once
• Willing to learn — no prior filtration or industry background required
