We're BloomThis — Malaysia’s most stylish online florist and gifting brand — and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. You’ll run the show on all things paid media, from Meta to Google to TikTok. One day you’ll be launching a CNY campaign, the next optimising Mother's Day ads in real time. You'll work closely with creatives, write your own copy, build audiences, and constantly test your way to better results.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm campaign ideas with the team
• Research paid marketing strategies
• Build and understand customer personas
• Strategise and plan digital media campaigns including timelines, budgets, audiences and creatives
• Create ad copy and visual briefs for the creative team
• Compile copies, visuals and videos for final setup
• Build campaigns, ad sets and ads in Google, Meta and TikTok ad platforms
• Update performance reports
• Analyse campaign performance
• Optimise campaign performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a performance marketer / digital media buyer in an agency or e-commerce brand
• BA in marketing or related field
• Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Highly curious, analytical and creative
• Strong understanding of paid marketing strategies and best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize
• Passion for continuous improvement
