• Assist in the management and coordination of Graduate Training Programme and Critical Talent Programme initiatives.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for talent program activities, including scheduling, communication, and participant coordination.
• Assist in maintaining and updating program documentation, including participant records, feedback forms, and program evaluations.
• Assist in collecting, compiling, and organizing data related to talent management initiatives.
• Perform basic data analysis to generate insights and trends for program evaluation and decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
• Support the Talent Management team in coordinating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) migration activities.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the transition process.
• Assisting in providing administrative support in training sessions and communications related to HRIS implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on talent initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing guidance as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior/ HR Manager.
