ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED F&B SERVICE CREW?

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Service Crew to support daily front-of-house operations and ensure excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will also assist the Supervisor / Manager in guiding the service team and maintaining service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely food & beverage service
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and minor complaints professionally
• Ensure a pleasant and comfortable dining experience for customers
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, dining areas and service stations
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Check orders are served correctly and promptly
• Assist with stock checking and replenishment of service items
• Operate POS system and handle payment transactions accurately
• Assist with cashier closing and reconciliation when required
• Ensure all orders and payments are properly recorded
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ensure proper handling and serving of food and beverages
• Maintain proper personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Report food quality, safety, equipment or maintenance issues to the relevant person

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of F&B experience
• Previous experience in restaurant / café / hospitality service is preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, hardworking and team-oriented
• Good personal grooming and hygiene
• Able to handle POS and payment transactions
• Senior service crew / experienced service crew candidates are encouraged to apply
