Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3200 - $3800

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 5:45pm & Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm

• Working Location: Senoko

• AWS + Performance bonus

• In-house Canteen + Company transport provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with established procedures, work instructions and quality standards.

• Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality and reliability requirements.

• Identify, document and address product, process and quality non-conformities.

• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain and support the effective implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System requirements.

• Conduct and support internal quality audits and management reviews in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.

• Monitor quality processes and implement improvements to prevent recurring non-conformities.

• Assist with R&D activities, including new product development and testing of new materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality Management, Food Technology or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in the packaging industry.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP management systems and their implementation.

• Good leadership and team-building skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
