Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain production plans based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production progress against the plan and highlight any delays or gaps.
• Analyze production capacity, manpower and output to support production planning.
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and production KPI reports.
• Analyze daily production data and identify trends, gaps and bottlenecks.
• Track WO status, production output, efficiency and pending orders.
• Work closely with the Production Supervisor to support daily production planning, follow-up and coordination.
• Support manpower and capacity planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports for management.
• Consolidate and analyze production data from relevant departments.
• Provide data-based recommendations for production improvement.
• Support MPS and short-term production planning.
• Improve existing Excel reporting and data-tracking systems.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
• Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.

Key Requirement:

• Strong Microsoft Excel and dashboard development
• PivotTable/PivotChart, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS
• Good data analysis skills
• Production planning experience
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Production capacity and manpower planning
• ERP/MRP experience is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
