Job Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating documents in accordance with the latest ISO, FSSC, and company requirements.
• Maintain and control quality management system documents, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Ensure document revisions are properly controlled and the latest approved versions are available for use.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries related to compliance, certifications, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify documents required for customer requests and audits.
• Support the implementation of compliance, quality, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate filing and document control systems (electronic and hardcopy).
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial)/ Physics/ Biology / Chemistry or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, or other management systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
