Working hour
Mondays to Fridays: 8 am to 2 pm
Key Roles
Serve as first point of contact at the reception desk for parents, students, and visitors; provide information and direct them
Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries on school operations, admissions, and events
Receive and manage feedback, complaints, and requests; direct to appropriate department or resolve timely
Assist in preparation and distribution of school correspondence
Provide clerical and admin support to teaching staff
Input, update, and manage data in the school's administrative systems
Attend to students at sickbay and render basic care as required
Any other duties assigned by the school
Requirements
Relevant experience in general administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
