How You Will Make An Impact

Reporting to the Regional Head of High-End Merchandising & Operations, in this role you will be an advocate for and execute the SEAO merchandising and product strategy guidelines. By analysing the local market trends and assessing their needs, you will support stock assortment optimization and rotation, ensuring seamless product flow and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to achieving regional HE sales objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

Merchandising, Stock Planning and Assortment Management

• Manage and optimize the product assortment across the retail and external networks, aligning with merchandising guidelines, commercial trends, and event needs
• Proactively monitor stock availability, identifying and executing reallocation opportunities to meet dynamic regional/markets demand
• Conduct data-driven reviews of market assortments, integrating commercial insights, boutique feedback, and quantitative analysis to continuously refine product offerings
• Ensure efficient resolution of daily product enquiry through tools/systems
  
  

Calendar Planning and Event/Activation Stock

• Consolidate and fulfil event stock requests for effective allocation
• Ensure timely product delivery updates and event stock lists to assigned markets
  
  

Client Fulfilment Execution

• Follow-up on repair cases, actively coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to requested lead time
• Manage end-to-end fulfilment of client requests
• Execute pricing guidelines diligently and consolidate pricing feedback
• Coordinate packaging logistics in close collaboration with boutiques, central teams, and Asia operations to ensure operational efficiency and brand presentation standards
  
  

Commercial and Logistics Coordination

• Monitor stock levels and product movement, providing inventory status reports to stakeholders
• Work with market teams to ensure accurate forecast and estimation
• Liaise with Logistics for end-to-end shipment and delivery – including SAP administration and ensuring compliance and coordinate efficient stock transfers, product movements/rotations, and timely stock requests with logistics partners, escalating any critical delays
  
  

Ad-hoc Projects

• Provide support for High-End events and participate in key business initiatives including data collection automation, infrastructure enhancement, compelling data visualizations for efficient communication, and user testing to improve system capabilities
  
  

Your Profile/Key Skills

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in retail merchandising
• Proven experience in operations, inventory or stock management
• Strong interpersonal and communication to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Ability to anticipate and respond to operational challenges ensuring smooth stock management
• Self-starter with a high integrity, and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI (PBI), Looker
