Role Descr</strong>iption This is a full-time, on-site SAP Consultant role based in Putrajaya, covering FICO, MM, Basis, and Project Management focus areas. The SAP Consultant will analyze business requirements, design and configure SAP modules, and ensure effective integration between FICO, MM, and other relevant systems. Daily responsibilities include managing master data, monitoring system performance, coordinating Basis activities such as user administration and transports, and resolving functional and technical issues. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, guiding stakeholders on best practices, documenting processes, and supporting end-users through training and issue resolution. As Project Manager, the consultant will plan and track project activities, manage timelines and risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP processes.
- Consulting skills to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and recommend SAP FICO/MM/Basis solutions.
- Experience in business process design and improvement within finance, procurement, and supply chain areas.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP master data management for relevant modules (e.g., vendor, customer, material, GL).
- Integration skills to ensure seamless data and process flow between SAP modules and external systems.
- Proven experience with SAP FICO, MM, and Basis configuration, support, and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; SAP certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting or technology services environments, preferably within Semiconductor, Manufacturing, BPO/ITES, or BFSI sectors.
