We're Hiring – Salesforce Senior Consultant (Sales & Service Cloud)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant (Functional) to join an exciting client project.

Role: Salesforce Senior Consultant (Sales & Service Cloud)

Location: Klang Valley, Malaysia

Work Mode: Hybrid (subject to client discretion)

Start Date: December 2026

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Preferred Nationalities: Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis and project management activities for Salesforce implementation projects

Gather, analyze, prioritize, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions

Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations

Ensure successful project delivery using ITIL-based methodologies

Drive issue resolution and continuous project improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

Salesforce certification or relevant experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Minimum 4 years of Salesforce implementation and configuration experience

Strong business analysis and functional consulting experience

Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to manage end-to-end Salesforce projects
