1. Build good relationship with customers and in-house Well communication with customers as well as in-house will be required for smooth progress of business. Marketing & Sales needs to coordinate the daily business and new business as a joint among of each parties. Sales & Marketing requires to visit over sea customers frequently for face to face meeting as a delegate of company.   2. Collect and Transmit information Collect information about sales trend of existing business. Sales & Marketing updates the sales forecast every month be based on the latest information provided by each customers for purchasing and production planning. Collect information about future business opportunity. Sales & Marketing transmits what kind of product will be needed to be produced to people in concern, and kick off feasibility study for development. Beside information from customers, Sales & Marketing needs to carry out market research for future business opportunity, share information with other Sales & Marketing for strategy.

3. Negotiate price
Negotiate price of future business and rebate of existing business. In order to capture business with strategic price, logical thinking for persuading customer and strategic price setting of product in accordance to discussion with other in-house divisions are important.

4. Make Business Plan
Make Sales Business Plan of customers in charge of being based on the information collected. Usually Business Plan is for next four to five years, and expansion of facilities and scheme of recruitment are made according to Business Plan made by sales marketing.

5. Others.

Be able to take any adhoc task & responsibility at Sales & Marketing . Following all the compliance internally and externally as per company practice and Business Plan.
