Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall café operations and daily performance
• Lead, coach, and develop café team to achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability of the outlet
• Handle staff scheduling, payroll coordination & performance evaluation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety & SOP standards
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in F&B
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good knowledge of café operations & cost control
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented
