Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA-QC, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di FEPA SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record daily in-process and finished goods to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct inspections of finished goods at Production and Store areas according to established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
• Work closely with the QA team to investigate quality issues and support appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Review Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) related to customer complaints and returned products.
• Assist in monitoring returned products and ensuring proper follow-up actions are taken.
• Support the QA team in ensuring all QA/QC requirements, procedures, and standards are clearly communicated and implemented at relevant workstations.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement and process optimization.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards and procedures.

Cross-Functional & Business Support:

• Collaborate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Operations teams to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Provide support and carry out QA/QC-related activities for both Fepa Sdn Bhd and Carbo Schroder Sdn Bhd.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other projects assigned by management.
