Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT Junior Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,200 di Dynaciate Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• On-Site Technical Support: Fix hardware, software, printer, and network connection problems for local staff.
• System Maintenance: Set up, configure, and update computers, laptops, phones, and office devices.
• Asset & Inventory Tracking: Keep an accurate record of IT equipment, software licenses, and replacement parts.
• Network & Security Upkeep: Monitor local area network (LAN) connections, basic firewall settings, and secure data backups.
• Vendor & Project Coordination: Work with external technicians for major repairs and help roll out new company software or system upgrades

Academic Qualifications:

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills & Experiences:

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), and operating systems.
• Communication: Good interpersonal skills to help non-technical staff resolve issues calmly and clearly.
• Experience: Often open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
