Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the construction company and project teams.
• Manage office documents, records, filing, correspondence and data entry.
• Prepare and maintain project-related administrative documents, reports, forms and records.
• Assist with staff attendance, leave records, onboarding and other employee administrative matters.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance and general office arrangements.
• Assist with construction project administration, including document tracking, meeting arrangements and submission of required documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and other external parties when required.
• Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on administrative matters.
• Assist management and project teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Construction Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a construction or engineering company.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience in construction project documentation or coordination will be an advantage.
