Requirements
- Experience in renovation / interior fit-out / construction is preferred.
- Able to read basic drawings and understand site work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to solve site problems.
- Able to manage workers and subcontractors.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, requirements and schedule.
- Monitor site progress and workmanship quality.
- Check materials and site conditions before work proceeds.
- Coordinate different trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager.
- Follow up on outstanding works and defects.
- Maintain proper site cleanliness and basic safety.
- Provide regular site progress updates and photos.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team when required.
- Assist in final inspection and project handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standard.
