As a Business Developer , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our trading ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for building strategic partnerships, sourcing new opportunities, and driving initiatives that enhance our market presence and profitability. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, relationship management, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management of Brokers, Exchanges, and other counterparties of importance to the Company.
• Intelligence gathering from competitor and industry peer firms alike.
• Leading the BD effort for data analysis, visualisation and dash-boarding
• Participating in the overall internal and external business communications of the Company.
• Maintaining, extending and improving the branding of Graviton publicly.

• Fulfilling any other duties that the Company may reasonably require the Employee to perform from time to time, including tasks that may be reasonably necessary for the Company to respond to its changing business needs.

Requirements

• Background in finance or trading: Prior experience in proprietary trading, investment banking, or fintech is highly valued.
• Strong business development skills: Proven track record in sourcing and closing high-value partnerships.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive: Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Global perspective: Understanding of international markets, with multilingual skills considered a plus.
