The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in Singapore, with a focus on Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). You'll work directly with banking clients on transformation initiatives while taking ownership of project workstreams and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting projects for Corporate & Investment Banking and Capital Markets clients.
• Analyse business requirements, processes and data to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Gather, define and document business and functional requirements.
• Support business and technology transformation initiatives, including process improvement, system implementation and regulatory change.
• Work with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations, Technology and other relevant functions.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, business requirements and project documentation.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Manage assigned project activities and workstreams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with business and technology teams throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to the growth of the Financial Services practice through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience within Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services consulting or business analysis.
• Good understanding of CIB and/or Capital Markets products and front-to-back processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, process improvement approaches and emerging technologies within Financial Services.
• Experience with data visualisation and project management tools would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Proven client and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written, verbal and presentation capabilities.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore.
