The Technical Support Engineer provides technical assistance to customers and supports the reliable operation of digital payment solutions. The role troubleshoots technical issues, investigates system problems, supports integrations, and works with engineering and product teams to deliver timely solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through email and other support channels.
• Diagnose and resolve software and integration issues.
• Troubleshoot API and payment-platform problems.
• Investigate system incidents and service disruptions.
• Work with engineering and product teams on complex technical issues.
• Document problems, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Assist customers with system configuration and integration.
• Monitor support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate solutions clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in technical support, software support, or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of APIs, software integrations, and technical systems.
• Knowledge of databases, networking, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
