WHAT TO EXPECT
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for driving sustainable manpower growth across the organisation by developing and executing recruitment strategies for Financial Consultants, experienced advisers, aspiring leaders and established financial advisory leaders.
Working closely with Business and Agency Leaders, the Recruitment Manager will identify recruitment opportunities, build quality talent pipelines, drive recruitment activities and support candidates through the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding journey.
Beyond achieving recruitment numbers, the role will focus on quality of recruitment, successful transition, retention and early productivity, ensuring that new joiners are positioned for long-term success within the organisation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Recruitment & Manpower Growth
Drive recruitment strategies and manpower growth across Financial Consultants, experienced advisers and leaders, aligned with business targets.
2. Leader Partnership
Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related discipline.
Approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, distribution management or financial services.
Experience within the insurance, financial advisory, banking or wealth management industry will be highly advantageous.
Good understanding of financial advisory distribution and adviser recruitment would be preferred.
Strong sourcing, networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Strong communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable engaging senior leaders as well as prospective advisers and managers.
Commercially minded, resourceful and results-oriented.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Partner business leaders to develop recruitment plans, strengthen pipelines and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Build and engage quality talent pipelines through referrals, networking, digital channels, industry connections and targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns, events and programmes to strengthen the organisation’s employer and recruitment proposition.
- Facilitate a smooth end-to-end onboarding and transition experience, working closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
- Track new joiner integration, retention and early productivity, and work with leaders to address gaps and improve outcomes.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, conversion, manpower growth and key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements and appropriate recruitment standards.
