Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and act as the main contact for day-to-day account leadership.
• Lead integrated communications and media planning aligned with business objectives and consumer insights.
• Oversee campaign execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate internal specialists, media partners, and vendors to deliver seamless, high-quality work.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables with strong operational discipline.
• Turn campaign data, market trends, and competitor activity into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, expand scope, and grow the client partnership.
• Guide junior team members and maintain strong standards of client service and execution.

Requirements

• 5–8years of experience in integrated marketing, media planning, account management, or client servicing.
• Strong understanding of media strategy, digital and performance marketing, insights, and measurement.
• Experience with luxury, premium, retail, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage clients, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
