Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive work environment
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Handle employee benefits, payroll administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and support company objectives
• Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficient in HR software and tools, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about people development
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
