Job description

Provide specialised wound, stoma, and continence care in clinic and/or home settings. Open to full-time and part-time arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds (e.g., pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds).
• Perform wound dressings, NPWT, compression bandaging, and stoma care.
• Develop, document, and review individualised care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound and stoma care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration.
• Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Wound/stoma care experience or certification preferred.
• Good communication and patient education skills.

Working Arrangements

Full-Time: 5.5-day week, office hours; rotational Saturday/PH/on-call may apply.

Part-Time: Flexible hours;schedule to be agreed accordingy
