Position: Manufacturing Trainer (Entry Level)

Work Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Perai (Penang)

Working Hour: Normal shift

Education: Minimum SKM 2/ SKM 3/ Diploma (prefer freshgraduate)

Requirements

• Good Communication Skills
• Planning & Analytical

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct employee training programs.
• Identify training needs and prepare training schedules.
• Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and work instructions.
• Conduct hands-on training and competency assessments before employees perform actual work.
• Manage employee certification and re-certification programs.
• Maintain and update employee training records and competency databases.
• Coordinate training activities with HODs, managers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Conduct training audits and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support training for new models, processes, production skills, and work procedures.
• Prepare and present monthly training reports to HODs.
• Continuously improve training and certification processes.
• Assist with HRDF-related training matters and Production employee orientation.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
