Kerja Sepenuh Masa Senior Production Assistant - Assistant Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Numega Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily production operations and achieving production targets.
• Supervise production workers, assign tasks and monitor work performance.
• Arrange manpower and ensure smooth daily production activities.
• Manage warehouse operations, including raw materials, finished goods and inventory.
• Monitor stock movement, material usage and production output.
• Ensure proper machine operation, product quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, Logistics and other departments.
• Prepare daily production reports and assist in improving operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise workers and manage daily operations.
• Forklift operating skills are an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to work hands-on.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
