KeyResponsibilities
Prepare all mise-en-place accurately and ensure readiness before service.
Pull, portion, and shape dough before conditioning for proofing.
Assist with daily food production and batch preparation for the outlet.
Craft high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to incoming orders.
Brew and prepare coffee and other beverage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work area.
Perform stock taking and place orders to ensure adequate inventory levels.
Follow First In First Out (FIFO) procedures for all ingredients and supplies.
Assist in general kitchen operations and support team members where needed.
Requirements
Prior 1-2 years of F&B or kitchen experience is a plus.
Training will be provided.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift-based).
Able to start immediately.
