Shift Details
Working Hours: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AM
Work Pattern: 4-3-3-4 work-rest cycle
Shift Arrangement: Saturday night shift, with alternating Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts
️ Your Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets and schedules
Troubleshoot equipment issues to support production efficiency and product quality
Carry out daily and monthly preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
Read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams
Participate in workplace safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Support day-to-day production operations and ensure equipment operates effectively
Requirements
Minimum NITEC in Engineering; Mechanical / Mechatronics background preferred
Able to understand electrical and mechanical diagrams
Comfortable working a 12-hour shift and overtime when required
Able to handle and lift 10–15kg
Willing to work in a controlled environment
