We are seeking a proactive and results-driven TA Specialist to support aggressive hiring ramp-up initiatives within the semiconductor industry. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technicians, engineers, and operations support functions to meet rapid business expansion and production demands. This role requires strong stakeholder management, high-volume recruitment experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor manufacturing positions, including technicians, engineers, and support functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, hiring priorities, and workforce requirements during ramp-up phases.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, career fairs, and direct outreach.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently to ensure timely hiring turnaround.
• Drive high-volume recruitment activities while maintaining strong candidate experience and quality of hire.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and campus engagement activities.
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring reports, and pipeline tracking.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and local employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence within the semiconductor talent space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
• At least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel etc
