Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction works on site.
• Ensure workmanship and materials generally comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor the progress and quality of works carried out by the Contractor.
• Identify and report defective or non-conforming works.
• Witness inspections, testing and relevant construction activities.
• Maintain daily site records, photographs and inspection reports.
• Monitor rectification of defects and outstanding works, if any.
• Liaise with the Contractor, Consultant and Client/Temple Management on site matters.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on site progress and issues.
• Report any significant construction, quality or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an Inspector of Works in building construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and conduct regular site inspections.
• Candidates with experience in building especially in similar nature projects will be an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
