We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales growth, and strengthen our market presence across Johor. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service while achieving sales targets.

• Area of Coverage: Johor (Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat , Muar , kluang , Yong Peng)
• Salary Packages: Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Phone Allowance + Sales Incentive + Add-Hoc Incentive

What will you do:

• Ensuring customers' coverage as per specified frequency and management guideline.
• Controlling and managing the return rates to ensure that the annual return rate is not higher than agreed percentage & product on shelf always on first in first out (FIFO).
• Ensuring that stocks sold into outlets are in saleable condition and well merchandised
• Ensuring that retailers are updated with new product launches and current promotional activities.
• Implementing effective territory management strategies by regularly visiting customers according to call management analysis and providing excellent sales and customer service
• Penetrating / establishing new outlets by observing market situations, customers financial situations and competitors’ activities
• Ensuring prominent product display & constantly seek opportunities for optimize brand visibility
• Reporting on activities and products of the competitors
• Work closely together with Product Consultant & ensuring outlets target is achieved

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of health supplements or related products will be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
