Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di LACTUS PAPER INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

1. Assist IMR in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management System (IMS)

2. Train subordinates on job training

3. Review and validate daily quality inspection reports

4. Monitor QESH Objectives & Targets related to QA Department

5. Collect and compile monthly QESH Objectives & Targets data with respective Head of Department

6. Analyse and highlight any quality problem and discuss with the respective Head of Department for further action

7. Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action(s) taken by the responsible person

8. Analyse and take necessary action for any customer complaint or non-conformance

9. Monitor the activities of incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection

10. Initiate continual improvement plan and environmental management program (EMP)

11. Responsible in yearly internal and external audit activities

12. Ensure inventory schedule waste is update in the e-SWIS system

13. Responsible for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 related internal training

14. Assist IMR to review and update legal and other requirement

15. Review and update Risk Assessment, Aspects & Impacts and HIRADC

16. Responsible for internal and external communication

17. Responsible for related QESH activities

18. Responsible for control of documents and records

19. Manage near miss, incident/emergency investigation and good catch reports

20. Responsible to organize management review meetings

21. Responsible for customer inquiry on IMS system

22. Responsible for calibration and verification

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
