About The Role

The TA Programs & Experience Team is part of Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Enablement & Platform. We focus on making critical moments in the talent lifecycle work well — for new hires, hiring managers, and departing employees. Think of us as the "engine behind the scenes": we look at what is working, what is not, and how we can make key experiences simpler, more consistent, and better governed.

As a TA Programs & Experience Analyst, you will work with a global team to support two priority programs: onboarding content support, reporting and platform operations, and New Hire Orientation (NHO) content refresh and transition. While the role is connected to onboarding programs, you are not responsible for onboarding new hires directly. Instead, you will be the person connecting the dots between data, feedback, and experience — turning insights into actions that help improve how new hires and hiring managers experience key moments in the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Support Talent Acquisition Programmes & Platforms

  • Provide day-to-day support for onboarding resources, New Hire Orientation content, manager-facing tools, and internal websites.
  • Act as Tier 1 contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations across onboarding, and NHO programs.
  • Manage and respond to shared inboxes, ensuring stakeholders receive timely guidance and resources.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to support reporting, purchase order processes, and platform maintenance.
  • Maintain and update content across onboarding portals and Manager Hub to ensure information remains accurate and relevant.
  • Monitor user feedback channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support NHO content refresh in coordination with the Key Initiatives Lead, L&D Platform team, and Corporate Communications.
  • Help document current-state NHO materials.

Turn Data into Insights

  • Support onboarding requests; monitor feedback and flag process improvements.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and insights that help leaders make data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance the overall employee and hiring manager experience.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Support global Talent Acquisition programs through testing, documentation, training, and rollout activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, tools, and user experiences.
  • Help evaluate new ideas and initiatives by gathering feedback, measuring impact, and sharing recommendations.

What You’ll Need

  • Comfortable working with data. You enjoy spotting trends, creating reports and insights, and using data to tell a story and drive improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with up to 1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. You are comfortable connecting with different stakeholders and building positive working relationships.
  • Enjoy collaborating with global teams and are willing to work with stakeholders across the US, UK, and other regions.
  • Curious, proactive, and naturally solutions-focused. Passionate about continuous improvement and finding better ways of working.
  • Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or new initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
