About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to develop and grow our healthcare customer base, mainly nursing homes, healthcare centres, hospitals, pharmacies, and related institutional accounts. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, presenting products, and following up consistently until results are achieved.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new B2B customers in Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan

  • Develop accounts such as nursing homes, healthcare centres, hospitals, pharmacies, and related healthcare channels

  • Arrange customer visits, product presentations, samples, or meetings when required

  • Present products clearly and explain their practical value to customers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions

  • Follow up with prospects consistently through calls, messages, visits, and meetings

  • Move qualified prospects toward quotation requests and first orders

  • Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business and account growth

  • Keep proper records of customer communication, follow-up status, and next actions

  • Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline updates

About you

  • Experience in B2B sales, healthcare sales, nursing home accounts, pharmacy channels, institutional sales, or related fields will be an advantage

  • Fresh candidates with strong interest in sales and customer-facing work may also apply

  • Confident in approaching new customers and speaking to decision makers

  • Comfortable with field visits and direct customer follow-up

  • Able to present products clearly and handle customer questions professionally

  • Positive, proactive, and target-driven

  • Good follow-up discipline and sense of responsibility

  • Able to work independently while following company process

  • Basic reporting and pipeline management skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
