Job Description:

As a Fleet Management Executive for a prestigious premium car brand, we are seeking a passionate Car Enthusiast who will blend their love for automobiles with their expertise in fleet management. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our exclusive fleet of premium vehicles, ensuring their impeccable condition, and delivering extraordinary experiences to our customers. Your enthusiasm for cars will drive our commitment to excellence and set new standards for the premium car industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Optimization: Curate and maintain an exceptional fleet of premium vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle embodies the essence of luxury and performance that our brand represents. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of cars to select, acquire, and maintain a fleet that captivates car enthusiasts.

Vehicle Maintenance: Develop and enforce rigorous maintenance protocols, ensuring that every vehicle is maintained to the highest standards. Supervise detailing, servicing, and repairs, preserving the pristine condition and performance of our premium cars.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers who share your passion for automobiles. Provide personalized recommendations, showcase features, and conduct demonstrations, creating memorable experiences that resonate with car enthusiasts.

Training and Conduct: Oversee chauffeurs and drivers, instilling in them your enthusiasm for the brand and its vehicles. Provide training on the intricate details of our premium cars, ensuring drivers embody the spirit of luxury and excitement.

Event Support: Coordinate premium car experiences for special events, product launches, and VIP occasions. Deliver exceptional services, allowing enthusiasts to engage intimately with our vehicles, fostering brand loyalty and excitement.

Cost Management: Manage fleet-related expenses effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maintain superior quality while adhering to budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on the premium experience.

Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the brand's image and reputation at all times. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the luxury, sophistication, and exclusivity associated with our premium car brand.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, automotive engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in fleet management, with a strong passion for cars and in-depth knowledge of luxury and performance vehicles.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and excite car enthusiasts.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
