• Lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet company cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee manpower deployment to optimize efficiency and control labor costs.
• Maintain proper inventory control of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and cost management.
• Conduct regular room and facility inspections, addressing gaps through corrective actions.
• Supervise and evaluate housekeeping staff performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, checklists, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front office teams to resolve operational or guest-related issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare operational and quality reports, recommending improvements for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of the housekeeping team.

Inventory & Data Recording

• Set up and enforce inventory control procedures (par levels, FIFO usage, stock issuance rules).
• Approve purchase requests, liaise with procurement/finance for ordering supplies.
• Review monthly/weekly consumption reports, analyze usage trends, and take corrective actions (e.g., reduce wastage, optimize stock levels).
• Ensure data accuracy in records and systems.
• Use data for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
