SAP Testing Lead
Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP business processes and integrations
System knowledge (SAP S/4HANA, interfaces, reporting tools)
Solid understanding of testing methodologies & lifecycle: SIT, UAT, Regression, Cutover & Hypercare
Ability to engage business and IT stakeholders to define appropriate testing scope and strategy, in line with NEO methodology
Transversal management, animating Test, Business and IT stakeholders
Ability to manage cross-stream dependencies and operate effectively within a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem
End-to-end understanding of testing impacts on cutover, data migration and business readiness
Strong affinity with problem-solving with a pragmatic delivery mindset

Key missions
Define and deploy the NEO testing strategy and governance across entities
Onboard local teams to the NEO testing approach and support test preparation and execution
Coordinate end-to-end test execution across functional, technical and business teams
Validate testing deliverables and readiness for each NEO milestone
Act as first line of escalation for critical defects and testing blockers
Support cutover and go-live by providing testing readiness and quality status
Lead post-go-live testing REX definition for the assigned scope and entity

As a SAP Testing Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring solution quality by coordinating testing activities and supporting entities through the transition from legacy to target systems.
