We are a leading specialist in architectural wet trades for high-rise buildings. We are looking for a motivated and eager Site Supervisor Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in managing active construction sites.

You will work directly on projects involving brickwork, blockwork, plastering, skimming, and tiling.

What you will do:

1. On-Site Leadership & Coordination:

• Supervise, direct, and motivate bricklaying, plastering, and tiling crews on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, manpower, and resources efficiently.
• Liaise with main contractors, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project progression.

2. Quality Control:

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished work, addressing any deficiencies immediately.

3. Health & Safety:

• Enforce and promote a strict safety-first culture on site.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company and regulatory H&S policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions.

4. Programme & Progress Management:

• Monitor site progress against the project programme and prepare daily report .
• Proactively identify and help resolve any potential delays or issues.

5. Resource Management:

• Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries to minimise waste and ensure availability.
• Manage on-site plant and equipment.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or a senior tradesperson in brickwork, plastering, or tiling.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of architectural wet trades (brickwork, blockwork, plastering, skimming, tiling).
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• IT literate and highly organised.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
